by KRISHNA KRISHNA on Sep 16 2022
At the beginning of each year, it's a common practice for people to take on new diets and ways of living. This includes trying out various detoxes, cleanses, and other routines that promise to help us feel better and live longer. Also, Ayurvedic therapy is regarded as the world's best natural healing method in India and throughout the world. One popular trend is drinking Giloy juice—a delicious, tart fruit from India that's also known as a type of gooseberry. Giloy is one of the top medications in Ayurveda for treating different fevers and other illnesses. But can this common household remedy really boost your immune system? Let's find out! What is Giloy? Giloy is a light green herb that originates from India. It is used in several cuisines, including Punjabi and Gujarati, as well as Ayurvedic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.  It is a small, bushy plant with white or pink flowers and green leaves.  It has many health benefits including lowering blood sugar levels, reducing cholesterol, and preventing cancer. It is believed that the third Amrit facility is present in Giloy. Amrit is Sanskrit for the "source of immortality."  Giloy has been shown to have anti-allergy effects, anti-inflammatory properties, and antioxidant effects.  It is a plant that belongs to the cucumber family. It grows in hot countries like India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.  The Hindi name for giloy is “Geri”; it is also called “Guduchita” or “Guduchi” in Sanskrit which means “all-healing”. The scientific name of this plant is “Tinospora cordifolia”. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine as an important herb for ages due to its medicinal properties such as diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties among others.  Giloy juice can be found at most Indian grocery stores or online sources such as Amazon and even some Asian supermarkets sell them fresh or dried. How to Prepare Giloy Juice? Take Giloy sticks, basil leaves, and ginger in a vessel.  Then, add 1 cup of water to this vessel and blend the mixture properly. After that, mix it for two minutes. Add two glasses of water to the blender and blend it once more for two minutes. Strain the juice in another glass. Consume this Giloy immunity booster juice regularly to strengthen your immune system. Popular Reasons for Giloy Juice to Boost Immunity Giloy is used as the best ayurvedic medicine since ancient times due to its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to fight infections - including colds or flu viruses. The active ingredients in Giloy include alkaloids that have some preliminary promising results when used against cancer cells.  However, the Giloy fruit contains antioxidants like vitamins A, C, and E, as well as anthocyanins which are the best ones to boost your immunity system.  Giloy juice also helps in reducing inflammation throughout your body by lowering blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, and triglycerides. According to Research, it is said that Tinospora cordifolia (Scientific name of Giloy) stem is used in the therapy of diabetes by regulating blood glucose. So, the antioxidant properties of giloy fruits work to control diabetes by regulating blood sugar levels resulting in less craving for sugary foods or beverages which can lead to weight loss or gain depending on the person’s dieting habits. Additional Benefits of Giloy Juice 1. Provides Dengue Protection As herbs, fruits, and vegetables are rich in essential nutrients, so they help to boost your immunity and protect you from diseases such as dengue. Moreover, Giloy juice contains vitamin C which plays an important role in boosting our immune system against dengue virus infection.  The anti-viral properties of vitamin C make it effective against dengue fever too. 2. Prevents Constipation and Piles Giloy juice is a good remedy for constipation and piles. It contains dietary fiber which helps to keep your bowels healthy.  Also, Giloy is rich in dietary fiber, which helps to prevent constipation by increasing bowel movements and preventing piles due to its laxative properties.  The high content of vitamin C in giloy juice also increases the production of collagen that is required to form connective tissues such as blood vessels and cartilage, muscles, etc., thereby preventing them from breaking down or getting damaged easily The juice is also recommended for those suffering from hepatitis, colitis, and other inflammatory bowel diseases. 3. Gives Clear Skin  The juice is rich in vitamin C and zinc, which are essential for the production of collagen and sebum.  Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, and it helps keep your skin soft, supple, and smooth.  Zinc plays an important role in the production of sebum—the natural oil that keeps your skin moisturized.  When you have pimples or acne on your face, there is a lack of collagen or excess sebum production causing clogged pores on your face.  The presence of vitamin C in Giloy helps prevent this problem by enabling healthy collagen production while maintaining normal levels of sebum to prevent clogging pores. Additionally, two essential amino acids (lysine and arginine) found in Giloy have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness caused by inflammation when you suffer from pimples or acne due to bacteria growth on top layers of skin cells.  4. Reduces Body Weight There are many reasons that giloy juice is often recommended for weight loss.  It reduces the amount of fat your body stores, increases your metabolism, and helps you burn more calories.  Giloy juice helps reduce cholesterol levels and blood pressure, which are both major contributors to obesity. Giloy's antifungal properties make it one of the best foods for reducing candida in the digestive system, which makes it easier for you to lose weight because candida overgrowth can cause cravings for sugar or carbs (like bread).  This means that if you're trying to lose weight but can't seem to do so despite a healthy diet and exercise routine, consuming giloy might be just what you need!  5. Promote Hair Growth Giloy's benefits for hair include its acidic nature, which has anti-dandruff characteristics, and its antioxidant content, which aids in renewing hair by repairing follicle damage brought on by free radicals.  Also, Giloy is a rich source of vitamin C, which produces collagen and helps in hair growth.  Overall, it enhances the condition of the hair and promotes hair growth. 6. Fight Cancer Cells The anti-inflammatory properties of giloy juice may also help prevent certain cancers.  The antioxidant properties of this herb have been shown to fight against free radicals in the body, which can potentially reduce your risk of getting a certain type of skin cancer (melanoma).  In addition to that, vitamin C and E are antioxidants that fight against harmful cells in your body by neutralizing them before they become potentially cancerous.  Giloy juice is also used as an alternative treatment for various types of cancers like leukemia or breast cancer because it lowers blood sugar levels and reduces inflammation in the body. Allow the oil to rest for 30 minutes and then wash your hair with a natural, chemical-free cleaner. Learn here 7 amazing benefits of Neem oil to deal with common hair problems such as dandruff, hair fall, and other ones. 7 Popular Advantages of Neem Oil for Hairs 1. Improves Hair Growth Neem oil has regeneration properties, due to which it proves a fantastic and efficient technique to support healthy cell division, boost blood flow, and stimulate the hair follicle to promote growth and function.  Additionally, while it promotes hair development, it also prevents hair thinning and hair loss brought on by outside factors such as pollution, stress, or even medicine. 2. Nourishes Weak Hair When you add neem oil to your preferred essential oil and use it daily for massaging your hair, it will produce thick, lustrous, and healthy hair. Considering that neem oil includes a number of fatty acids, including linoleic, oleic, and stearic acids, all of which are known to nourish the scalp and hair.  These fatty acids help to revitalize and restore unmanageable, brittle, dry, damaged hair. After applying the neem oil, we advise wrapping your hair in a hot towel to help the oil permeate your scalp and hair follicles. The steam will open up the pores and let the oil go deeper for a deep conditioning effect. 3. Reduces Hair Itching and Dandruff Few of us are aware that the fungus Candida and Malassezia are the main causes of dandruff.  When a person has dandruff, which is characterized by dry, flaky skin on the head, it may occasionally be quite unpleasant and uncomfortable for them.   Due to its anti-fungal qualities, neem oil is a potent treatment for the fungi that cause dandruff.   Neem oil also takes the treatment of dandruff a step further by calming an irritated scalp and easing inflammation and itching, which are side effects of dandruff.  If you use Neem oil frequently on your dandruff scalp, it helps to preserve the pH balance of the scalp. 4. Removes Head Lice  Young girls frequently contract lice, and occasionally adults do too. In addition to being uncomfortable, it can be highly irritating.   Since lice have a tendency to reproduce quickly, it is crucial to take immediate action to stop the issue from worsening. An insecticidal substance found in neem oil kills lice and their eggs, limiting their ability to reproduce.   Lice are repelled by the oil's strong aroma, which finally causes them to disappear entirely from the scalp and hair.  Neem oil is recommended for use on the scalp. Let it sit overnight. The following morning, comb your hair to get rid of all the dead lice. 5. Eliminates Infections of the Scalp   Neem oil is a great component for treating scalp infections because of its potent healing abilities.   Winter causes the scalp to dry out and become more vulnerable to infections because of the rapid drop in temperature.   During this time, the anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, bacterial, fungal, and anti-viral properties of neem oil are useful. It restores the pH balance, which controls sebum production.  Neem oil use is recommended at least once a week to prevent scalp infections and to help you unwind. 6. Stops Hair Falling  You can't sleep because of your dryness and hair loss. Hair thinning can be brought on by stress, poor dietary practices, and excessive use of hairstyle products and appliances.   This problem can be resolved by applying neem oil to the hair. Neem oil is rich in fatty acids, which provide a variety of benefits for the scalp.  This oil strengthens hair follicles and promotes hair growth when applied to the scalp on a regular basis. Neem oil also stops the overproduction of sebum, which contributes to hair thinning and slow hair development. 7. Protects Against Early Greying  Since nobody likes to appear to be older than they are, premature hair greying can be extremely concerning.   While artificial dyes can provide short-term respite, we suggest neem oil for your hair if you're seeking a secure and natural alternative to stop hair from going grey.   You should be aware that it will only stop more hair from going grey.   Age-related hair loss won't cause already-grey hair to abruptly turn black once again. How Krishna’s Neem Oil is Beneficial for Your Skin and Hairs? Neem oil kills a wide variety of insects, including aphids, mealybugs, whiteflies, Japanese beetles, leafhoppers, thrips, fungus gnats, and other garden pests including nematodes and spider mites. Pure neem oil can get rid of fungus including leaf spots, powdery mildew, black spot, scab, and anthracnose.  Applying Krishna's Pure Neem oil to the belly button can help heal skin issues and blemishes, as well as prevent acne and pimples.  Neem oil can be used topically without risk in most cases. However, because of its strength, it may be wise to test it out on a tiny area of skin before applying it more widely. End Words  Neem oil may not be the most pleasant-smelling oil, but it has incredible benefits for your hair. It has been used for centuries as an effective treatment for dandruff because it contains powerful antifungal properties that help fight off fungi that lead to dry skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis while also soothing inflammation caused by itching sensations which mean less irritation overall!   By applying this natural remedy directly onto affected areas twice daily (in the morning right after showering before blow drying), dandruff typically disappears within two weeks if not sooner depending on severity levels.  FAQs Related to Neem Oil Benefits for Acne  Q1. Is neem oil effective for pimples? Ans: Neem's antibacterial qualities help treat and prevent acne by killing the bacteria that cause it. Neem can help calm inflamed skin because of its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities. Q2. Can skin spots be removed by neem oil? Ans: Neem has the power to control oil production, heal injuries, promote collagen production, lessen acne scarring, and minimize skin inflammation. It functions as a natural option to treat skin tissue from the inside out while also minimizing scarring and hyperpigmentation. Q3. Is it safe to apply neem oil to my face overnight? Ans: Because neem oil is strong, leaving it on your skin overnight can irritate it. One to two hours of application are recommended before removing it with either diluted oil or warm water.

Aloe vera is derived from the succulent plants of aloe. It has long been used as a medicinal herb and grows aplenty in tropical climates.  Although there are many other types of aloe plants, aloe vera is special in that it can benefit you both internally and externally.  The only aloe that can be eaten is aloe vera.  However, it grows all across the world. The Arabian Peninsula is the perfect habitat of the aloe vera plant. For thousands of years, people have grown this prickly, shrubby plant for its calming gel. Aloe vera is considered one of the top herbal remedies that can help to treat many health conditions.  It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.  However, most people don't like the taste of aloe vera juice, and they avoid taking it regularly (or never).  One of the best therapies for treating sunburn is aloe vera. On your hot skin, the gooey, sticky substance feels like a cool balm when it is in gel form.  How to Make Aloe Vera Juice? To make aloe vera juice, cut open your leaf and scoop out the gel from inside with a spoon or knife. You'll want about a cup of gel for each serving of juice. Ingredients: 1/2 cup of aloe vera gel, chopped into small pieces. A half-cup of water (or fruit juice). Method: Blend each item in the blender until it is perfectly smooth. Drink right away! It can be made by blending the gel from an aloe vera leaf or stem into water or another liquid, like juice or coconut water.  The juice can be consumed straight away or stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Aloe vera juice is a great addition to any diet. It's packed with vitamins and minerals and has been shown to have numerous health benefits.  Read here the top 7 benefits of drinking aloe vera juice daily. Top 7 Super-Wonderful Benefits of Drinking Aloe Vera Juice 1. Nourishes skin health Aloe Vera Juice is the best therapy to clear your skin naturally. It improves the health of your skin and prevents dryness, sagging, and wrinkles. It contains over 75 nutrients that are helpful for your skin to protect it from sun damage, infections, and premature aging. Also, aloe vera juice is a natural antibiotic that can help heal acne scars and reduce inflammation on the face or body. You can use aloe juice as a daily moisturizer to keep your skin looking healthy by adding it to your favourite oils, such as coconut oil or olive oil! Because aloe vera treats skin cells at the epithelial level, physicians advise using it to get rid of tans, treat sunburn, and treat stretch marks. You can use this magical gel like this: For dry skin: Aloe vera, a pinch of turmeric, a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of milk, and a few drops of rosewater are all good additions. Blend this mixture until paste forms. Apply it and let it sit for approximately 20 minutes.  Scrub: Take two teaspoons of lemon juice, a cup of sugar, and half a cup of fresh aloe vera gel. Aloe vera deep cleans the skin, sugar helps exfoliate and scrub off dead skin, and lemon helps lighten tans and scars. Use the mixture of the three components to scrub your body and face. For acne: A mixture of honey, flour-like walnuts that have been mixed, and aloe vera gel should be used. Your skin will be smooth and clear thanks to aloe vera's healing abilities and the antioxidants in honey. 2. Aids in easing constipation Juice made from aloe vera plants has a number of laxative-like substances in it.  It can help relieve constipation by stimulating the muscles in your intestines and increasing the flow of bile to break down fats and proteins.  This digestive process helps move food through your system more quickly. Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) may benefit from aloe vera juice treatment. This illness results in intestinal inflammation, which causes discomfort and other problems.  The anti-inflammatory properties of aloe have been demonstrated. In one study, IBS sufferers who took aloe vera juice reported some symptom improvement.  3. Comforts heartburn Heartburn, also referred to as acid reflux, is a painful condition when stomach acid rises into the esophagus.  Findings from a 2015 small study showed that aloe vera juice can lessen some of the stomach acids that contributes to heartburn. Also, it can lessen heartburn symptoms without causing any unpleasant side effects. 4. Lower blood sugar levels Aloe Vera Juice helps to lower blood sugar levels.  It also helps reduce insulin resistance, which is a condition where the body does not respond to a hormone called insulin.  Insulin is needed to help glucose enter cells so that it can be used for energy or stored as fat for later use.  When this hormone doesn’t work as well, diabetes develops over time and your body becomes less efficient at processing sugar correctly, leading to higher than normal levels in the bloodstream. Aloe Vera Juice helps reduce high blood pressure (hypertension).  High blood pressure puts extra stress on your heart, causing damage over time that may lead to stroke or heart failure if left untreated long enough.  The natural compounds found in Aloe Vera may have an effect on the renin-angiotensin system and nitric oxide pathways – both of which play key roles in regulating salt balance within our bodies when exposed to high stress like dehydration. 5. Reduce dental plaque If you want to reduce dental plaque, this is how you should drink aloe vera juice every day. At least a cup of aloe vera juice per day. You can use more if you want to reduce dental plaque faster (but don't go overboard—more than one cup per day isn't necessary). Next, brush your teeth twice a day and floss regularly.  You should also see a dentist for regular checkups at least once every six months or so.  In addition to reducing dental plaque, aloe vera juice can also help protect against gingivitis and periodontal disease.  Aloe vera has been shown to reduce inflammation in the gums as well as bacteria that cause these conditions. 6. Reduce your hair loss Proteolytic enzymes, which are found in aloe vera, heal dead skin cells on the scalp.  It makes your hair silky and lustrous and works wonders as a conditioner.  It encourages hair development, stops scalp irritation, lessens dandruff, and conditions your hair.  Amino acids, oxygen, carbon, and trace amounts of hydrogen, nitrogen, and sulphur make up the main protein in hair, known as keratin.  Aloe vera rejuvenates the hair with its own nutrients, giving it more suppleness and reducing breakage. Its chemical composition is comparable to that of keratin. How to make aloe vera for hair? Aloe vera juice and extra virgin coconut oil should be combined in equal parts. To make your hair strong, smooth, and bouncy, apply it and leave it in your hair overnight. 7. Maintaining eye health Beta carotene, an antioxidant generally found in orange and yellow vegetables and fruits, is abundant in aloe vera juice.  Vitamin A, which has been related to general eye health, is created by your body from beta carotene. Additional Benefits of Drinking Aloe Vera Juice Includes: Apart from all these benefits, aloe vera juice contains antioxidants, which help in fighting free radicals.  Free radicals are the main reason for causing damage to our body cells and speeding up the process of aging.  The presence of antioxidants helps to prevent this damage from happening.  This is one of the reasons why Aloe Vera Juice has been linked to cancer-fighting properties that can prevent and treat cancer by slowing down its growth. Aloe Vera Juice also increases blood flow to your organs, thus improving the function of these organs.  It also improves the flow of bile from your liver, thus helping to reduce cholesterol levels. What is Shilajit? Shilajit is a thick, exuding, blackish brown-coloured substance found in the high mountain ranges of Asia. It has been discovered that Shilajit contains more than 85 minerals, including humic and fulvic acids. So, it has long been utilized in Ayurvedic treatment. Moreover, Shilajit is one such herbo-mineral or Rasaoushadhi, which is frequently referred to as the "Warrior of Strength" by Ayurvedic practitioners.  Shilajit, or Asphaltum or Black Bitumen (known in English), is blessed with potent adaptogenic and aphrodisiac properties.  In addition to being used to regulate stress and anxiety, it also plays a vital part in the treatment of symptoms like dysuria, glycosuria, respiratory issues, urinary problems, skin diseases, piles, kidney stones, epilepsy, mental disorders, and anaemia. Various forms of Shilajit Shilajit is available in four main types: resin (Shilajit resin), lumps (Shilajit lump or Shilajit powder), Shila stone (Shila stone) and juice (Shilajithi).  The one you’ll find most often is Shilajit Resin, which comes in small pieces like little rocks or in a powder that resembles coffee grounds. Shilajit resin is believed to hold a wide array of health benefits when ingested on a regular basis. Also, Shilajit's characteristics are determined by the type of mountainous rock that it emits. They are: Charaka Samhita Shilajit describes rocks that hold gold. Shilajit flowing from these rocks is of red color, and it contains Madhura, Tikta Rasa, and Katu Vipaka. Rajat Shilajit describes silver-containing rocks. A white-colored Shilajit with a Katu Rasa and Madhura Vipaka emerges from these rocks. Tamra Shilajit describes rocks that hold copper. These kinds of rocks emit a deposition that resembles the throat of a peacock, being bluish-purple in color and displaying Tikta Rasa and Katu Vipaka. Lauha Shilajit describes iron-rich rocks. This secretion, which is regarded as the best variation, depicts Tikta and Lavana Rasa as well as Katu Vipaka and resembles the gum of Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) quite a bit. Points Regarding Shilajit From an Ayurvedic Perspective Shilajit is a remarkable resinous material that resembles tar and is neither completely plant-derived nor animal-derived.  It is a form of mineral pitch that naturally emits from Himalayan rocks between 1000 and 5000 meters above sea level. It is composed of humus and partially degraded plant matter. According to ancient ayurvedic literature, during the summer months of Jeshta and Ashada, the sun's direct rays heat the mountains by melting their layers, which results in Shilajatu, a semisolid liquid that resembles resin. Shilajit's primary job is to control and enhance the thyroid's operations. In Ayurveda, Shilajit is considered to cure different health issues that are known as:  Prameha (controls diabetes), Mehahara (heals urinary tract disorders), Rasayani (refreshes the entire body), Medhya (enhances intelligence), Balya (boosts muscle strength), Pachana (helps in healthy digestion), and many more. Know Shilajit's Chemical Composition The structure of this essential mineral compound is strongly dependent on the type of plant species involved, the rock's geological composition, and the local temperature, height, and humidity. The typical composition of Shilajit is 60–80% organic matter, 20–40% mineral matter, and 5% trace elements.  It contains roughly 80 bio-active components, including fatty acids, benzoic acid, hippuric acid, resin, waxy compounds, albuminoids, gums, and vegetable matter. Shilajit, a phyto-complex compound, mostly comprises humus components, including humic acids and fulvic acid (60–80%). Triterpenes, sterols, ichthyol, ellagic acid, resin, aromatic carboxylic acids, 3, 4-benzocoumarin, amino acids, phenolic lipids, and minerals such as silica, iron, antimony, lithium, manganese, calcium, copper, molybdenum, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, and selenium are also present in it. Top 7 Fantastic Health Benefits of Shilajit Resin 1. Controls Diabetes Level Shilajit's exceptional hypoglycaemic properties are particularly effective at regulating blood glucose and lipid profiles in diabetes patients when combined with diabetes drugs.  Taking shilajit formulations activates the pancreatic beta-cells' ability to produce insulin.  It also reduces starch conversion into glucose, which causes low blood glucose levels. 2. Enhances Cognitive Abilities Traditional medicine uses Shilajit Resin to improve brain function.  Dibenzo-alpha-pyrones are bioactive small molecules that stop the degradation of memory-related brain chemicals, improving a person's memory, attention, concentration, tranquility, and alertness.  Shilajit pills or other formulations, which act as a brain tonic and stimulant and are used to treat Alzheimer's disease and other psychotic illnesses, result in better memory, reasoning, problem-solving, and other cognitive functions in users. 3. Defends Against Stomach Issues Shilajit has potent anti-inflammatory and purgative properties, which aid in the suppression of the harmful bacterium Helicobacter pylori in the gut. It efficiently avoids constipation and piles due to its potent laxative properties and peristaltic effects, which soften the stool and promote its easy passage through the body.  Moreover, it avoids symptoms such as colic, abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, intestinal gas, and flatulence by preventing the fluid in the colon from drying out. 4. Get Rid of Stress And Anxiety Shilajit, a potent adaptogen, is useful for treating many psychotic conditions like depression, dementia, etc.  It balances the Vata and Pitta doshas in the body, which controls serotonin levels and lessens a variety of anxiety symptoms like agitation, restlessness, and cold hands and feet, among others. The herb's strong antidepressant effects also aid in increasing energy and endurance, lowering all types of mental and physical stress, and calming the mind. 5. Improves Cardiac Performance The best mineral-herb combination that has been discovered to be beneficial for the heart is Shilajit.  It is vital in the treatment of a variety of cardiac conditions since it is rich in antioxidants and has cardio-protective qualities.  It calms the mind while relaxing the heart, which is quite helpful for people experiencing heart diseases like palpitations and arrhythmias.  The risk of atherosclerosis, heart block, heart attacks, blood clots, and other conditions can be decreased by strengthening the heart muscles, lowering blood cholesterol levels, and preventing lipid accumulation. 6. Inflammation and Pain Therapies Shilajit is the best option for relieving pain and inflammation brought on by arthritic conditions because of the plethora of anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic capabilities present in it. In addition, it works as a wonder herb for rheumatoid arthritis, also known as amavata in Ayurveda. Ama buildup in the joints and vitiation of the Vata doshas are the two main causes of amavata. The bioactive ingredients in Shilajit include anti-inflammatory and anti-ulcer qualities that are extremely important for treating several forms of ulcers, including ulcerative colitis, peptic ulcers, canker sores, mouth ulcers, etc.  Additionally, it encourages tissue regeneration, which facilitates the healing of wounds. 7. Improves Testosterone Levels and Fertility Rate Shilajit provides a traditional one-shot treatment for increasing libido and enhancing male fertility.  It exhibits potent aphrodisiac qualities that boost testosterone production, which boosts libido and fertility while also assisting in lowering mental tension and anxiety.  It is essential for improving male vigor and stamina.  Before going to bed, taking milk and purified shilajit capsules has been shown to boost genital blood flow, which in turn improves the synthesis of testosterone and luteinizing hormone, which in turn improves the motility and quality of male sperm. How Can Shilajit Be Purified? Shilajit is a crucial mineral in Ayurveda, but it can only be utilized after a comprehensive purifying process that involves a number of herbal tinctures and other substances.  The medicinal and curative benefits of the mineral are diminished and the mineral becomes inappropriate for human ingestion when contaminants such as soil, filth, etc. are present.  The purification procedure improves the product's therapeutic efficiency in addition to removing contaminants and germs that may be present in the mineral.  Shilajit can be cleaned in a number of ways, such as with cow's ghee or dashamoolarishta, although triphala decoction is the most widely used standardized approach. Shilajit Resin Usage: Cautions Shilajit is a dietary supplement that has been shown to be safe for long-term use, according to research. However, using shilajit may have certain unintended consequences, like: It may lower blood pressure, which is risky for those on drugs for high blood pressure.  It should not be taken by people who have an active cardiac condition or a history of hypotension in order to prevent a drop in blood pressure. People with high blood pressure or other cardiac issues should only take Shilajit if an ayurvedic doctor has prescribed it. With its origins in India over three thousand years ago, Ayurveda is considered one of the oldest medicinal systems in the world. One of the best ayurvedic herbs, Triphala, can treat a variety of illnesses and strengthen the body's defenses.  Due to the numerous advantages, it offers the human body, it has gained great popularity worldwide. You can consume Triphala in various forms, like Triphala powder, Triphala juice, Triphala tea, Triphala tablet or capsule.  What is Triphala? Triphala has been used as the best ayurvedic medicine since ancient times. The word “Triphala” is formed from 2 words, i.e., “tri+phala”, which basically means “three fruits”.  It contains a fine blend of three Indian plants. They are Indian gooseberry(Amla), black myrobalan(Haritaki), and belleric myrobalan(Bibhitaki).  Amla is rich in minerals, vitamin C, and amino acids. It is a powerhouse of essential antioxidants (prevent damage to cells) like phenols and tannins. Research says that Amla’s extract may have anti-cancer properties. Bibhitaki is also filled with a large number of useful antioxidants like tannins, flavones, lignans, and Ellagic acid. These substances help to strengthen `muscles and bones, maintain blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and even give anti-inflammatory results to the body. Haritaki is the ideal source for obtaining vitamin C and different minerals like copper, iron, magnesium, and potassium. It also consists of antioxidants like polyphenols, anthocyanins, and terpenes. However, Triphala works as a polyherbal medicine in Ayurveda. It consists of various types of medicinal herbs.  Irrespective of whether you have health problems related to digestion, acne, or dental cavity issues in your body, Triphala is the best herbal medicine to cure all diseases. Know here the 11 amazing Triphala juice benefits. 11 Magical Health Benefits of Drinking Triphala Juice 1. Cure Type 2 Diabetes Generally, type 2 diabetes is a stage in which the blood sugar levels of a person rise and remain elevated.  Triphala is the best herb recommended as a diabetes therapy.  It contains polyphenols like tannins that resist the glycolytic enzymes by efficiently linking to proteins, which leads to a reduction in blood glucose levels.  Triphala’s juice prevents blood sugar’s significant increase after meals by slowing the digestion and absorption of starch. One of the main benefits of Triphala is that it guides the pancreas in promoting insulin production to improve sugar absorption in cells. 2. Promote Weight Loss Do you know Triphala’s juice works as the best detoxifier?  So, it is able to release all the bad toxins from your stomach and intestines easily. Additionally, the detoxifier also works as a colon toner, tightening the muscles of the colon to maintain a healthy digestive system.  A healthy digestive tract promotes quicker digestion, assists in the prevention of constipation, and thus helps lose weight.  Try Krishna’s herbal and ayurveda triphala juice, which comprises antioxidant-rich natural qualities of Amla, Haritaki, and Bahera. It facilitates abdominal(belly) fat removal, which helps you lose weight. It even removes the body’s unwanted and undissolved substances. 3. Sustaining a Healthy Digestive System Triphala prevents the development of dangerous microorganisms in the intestines. Additionally, it promotes the development of beneficial bacteria in your digestive tract.  Overall, it maintains the equilibrium of stomach bacteria, which results in a healthy digestive system. Triphala juice is also useful for treating gastric ulcers, preventing diarrhea, and treating constipation. Triphala is a combination of three beautiful herbs that help to eliminate waste, reduce stomach acidity, and keep the stomach clean. 4. Clinical research says that using Triphala to rinse your mouth in the morning can reduce your oral problems like gingivitis, plaque, and cavities, and also stop other fungal infections in your teeth. Moreover, the antioxidant qualities of Triphala juice are also beneficial in reducing mouth soreness. So, it is considered a miracle herb to cure all dental issues naturally. 7. Your body's natural defense mechanism against external diseases or damage is inflammation(swelling).  However, uncontrolled inflammation, excessive reactions to inflammation, or autoimmune responses that occur without an external cause can harm healthy cells, tissues, and important organs. So, controlling inflammatory processes in the body is one of Triphala's main advantages. 9. Help To Attack On Cancer Tissues The Ayurvedic combination of Triphala has additionally demonstrated success in preventing the development of cancerous cells in laboratory activity.  Also, when an experiment was carried out on a mouse, the substance found in it was able to stop the growth of stomach and pancreatic tumors, and prevent the production of lymphoma tumors in the body. Strong antioxidants like gallic acid and polyphenols found in Triphala are thought to aid in the prevention of cancer. 10. Enhances Your Eyesight Triphala is useful for preventing eye conditions such as macular degeneration, oxidative stress-related visual issues, senile cataracts, etc. in the form of juice or an eyewash produced from Triphala churna.  In addition to strengthening eye muscles and avoiding cataracts, glaucoma, and other age-related eye degenerative illnesses, the combination of vitamin C and flavonoids increases glutathione levels and antioxidant enzyme activity. 11. Proves Successful In Treating Gout And Arthritis Triphala is a rich source of phenolic substances, including flavones, lignans, and tannins, which are potent antioxidants.  Its anti-inflammatory effects stop uric acid levels from rising abnormally.  Gout is a painful bone-joint disease brought on by high uric acid levels.  Triphala reduces bone and cartilage loss because of decreased bone collagen, according to studies done on rats.  People who have chronic back pain can consider drinking Triphala juice daily for relief. Even women who are pregnant or nursing should exercise caution when using this herbal remedy.
