Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
the item may be damaged during transit
or there might be a manufacturing defect
or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a refund or replacement, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund.Kindly email an image of the product, clearly showing the batch number and the invoice for our reference. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
Once the return request is accepted, we will pick up the products within 4 – 7 days of receiving your request. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within5-7 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
Please do note that if it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available,and customer has already paid we will refund you the full amount.
Rajputana Agrico will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box. Products damaged during shipment or improper Packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Rajputana Agrico immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided.
How will I get the refund?
In case of a return/ replacement/ refund, we process the refund within 5-7 days from the date when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as receiving your bank details on e-mail. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Changes in the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy
We keep our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
