HOW TO TREAT INDIGESTION
In ayurveda indigestion is called mandagni. As the name reveals mand + agni , mand means slow and agni means appetizer fluid. According to ayurveda if a person takes guruaahar i.e the foodstuff which are not easily digestible causes mandagni (indigestion). The best remedy to indigestion is “langhan“ means laghuaahar i.e food which is easily digestible. Drink warm water twice or thrice a day so that mucus substances causing indigestion may be digested and person may get rid off of diseases.
